Most apps today are built around collecting large amounts of user data.
SUVITRA LABS takes a different approach.Our products are designed to respect user privacy from the ground up.
1. Key Principles
- We collect only the minimum technical information necessary to operate and improve the app
- Most user data remains stored locally on the user’s device
- We do not build user profiles or sell personal data
- We do not track users across other apps or websites
For example, Suvitra's Rent Book stores tenant information, bills, and records directly on your device.
This data is not transmitted to SUVITRA LABS servers and remains under the user’s control.
If the app is removed from the device, locally stored data is also removed.
2. Advertising & Subscription
Some versions of the app may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.
These services may collect limited anonymous usage data or device information in order to:
- Display relevant advertisements
- Measure ad performance
- Prevent fraud and abuse
Premium subscribers may use the app without advertisements and gain access to additional features.
SUVITRA LABS does not receive or store personal advertising profiles from these services.
Privacy is not an add-on feature — it is a core design principle of our products.
